Personal Loan Requirements

  • Last three payslips
  • ID

  • Proof of Address
  • Last three months bank statement (conditional)
  • Job letter (conditional)

Business Loans Requirements (Applicant)

  • ID
  • TRN
  • Proof of Address
  • Proof of Income (bank statements for the last 6 months or 1 year)
  • Invoices, Receipts, Contracts, etc.
  • Registration Certificate (If registered)

Guarantor Requirements

  • ID
  • TRN
  • Last 2 pay slips
*Guarantor is preferable from a Ministry or any Government Co.
Private company can be used that we do business with and will facilitate salary deduction and guarantor deduction.
Or collateral
  • Motor vehicle (no older than 9 years old)
  • Title (we will place a lien or keep the title)
  • Fitness, registration (we hold this until loan is repaid, client keep a copy and we will release if documents need to be renewed)
  • Insurance, must be comprehensive.
  • Recent valuation.
